About Us

Serving organizations in Toronto and the GTA, we are a boutique firm dedicated solely to leadership development. With our years of experience as people leaders and in-house corporate leadership development managers, we have gained valuable insights into what makes a highly effective leader. Our core belief is simple: becoming a great leader is not rocket science (hence our name, NRS).
