As former people managers and leadership development consultants ourselves, we understand the challenges leaders face and the frustration organizations feel when leadership training doesn’t translate into on-the-job impact. Our mission is to make leadership development stick. We partner with organizations to develop the skills, capabilities and mindsets that people leaders need most through practical, real-world learning. We believe people deserve preparation before responsibility, and that leadership is developed through learning, real-world practice, reflection, as well as 1:1 feedback and coaching - not theory alone.
